While the same book can be read by many people, each reading is different. How a reader is impacted by a story or an essay depends on many contextual factors: content, lighting, comfort while reading, text fonts…
Text and content mining may have a long story of technical advances. However, reading behavior, i.e. how readers actually interact with the content, has seldom been used due to the difficulty in obtaining it.
In this talk, the speaker will explain scenarios where reading behavior is proving absolutely critical to digitally transformed businesses in areas like publishing, education or cybersecurity.
